"Working on cars, you kind of get to know customers and you kind of get to know the folks who are driving the vehicles," Middleton said. "So you kind of get to know that a newer vehicle with all the electronic gadgets and stuff, it may not be too friendly with someone who’s been driving since the sixties or since the seventies and kind of used to more of a simpler car."
